Domestic Cleaning

1. Definitions

1.1. In these Terms and Condition of Business the following definitions apply:

K & V Cleaning London LTD mean “We”,”The Company “,”Us”.

The person carrying out cleaning service on behalf of Us – “Cleaner”.

A person or organization using the services- “Client” .


2. Contract

2.1. These Terms and Conditions represent an agreement between K & V Cleaning London LTD and the Client.

2.2. The Client confirms that any order of the K & V Cleaning London LTD services, placed by telephone, fax, electronic mail, web site approval the actual Client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


3. Cost

3.1. The Clients, are charged £11.00 per hour,Unless otherwise agreed. . There is a minimum of 3 hours per cleaning visit.


4. Equipment

4.1. The Client must provide: All cleaning materials and equipment.

4.2.If is any special equipment complicated to operate, The client should supply detailed instructions to the Cleaner.

4.3. If the Company supply the cleaning materials ,the client agrees that £5.00 charge will apply to the top of the cleaning materials bill.

4.4. The Client must provide a detailed list of specifications for the Cleaner-Priority tasks.


5. Payment

5.1. Payment is due before service in the form of a bank transfer/standing order.The Company reserves the right to cancel services due to non-cleared funds.

5.2. One off cleaning service requires payment is an advance.

5.3. We reserve the right to charge %20 on the unpaid invoice for more than 30 days after receiving it .

5.4. If K and V Cleaning London LTD use debt collection company for collection unpaid invoice the extra cost will be added to the client outstanding amount.


6. Refunds

6.1. No refund will be made once the cleaning service has been completed.


7. Cancellation

7.1.We reserve the right to charge £30 late cancellation fee for canceling or rescheduling a visit with less than 24 hours notice.

7.2. The regular Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit

* cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours notice

* the Cleaner do not have access to property


8. Termination Of Contract

8.1. The Client can terminate the cleaning contract in 30 days prior notice.


9. Employment Referral Fee

9.1.We reserve the right to charge our Client employment referral fee of £750 per person,if he directly employs anyone currently or previously employed /subcontractor by K & V Cleaning London LTD.The client agree to pay all collection or legal fees the Company incurs in the collection this employment referral FEE.


10. Claims

10.1. The Cleaner public liability insurance will cover damages caused. All claims are subject to an excess of £250.00.

10.2. The Client agrees to report any problem within 24 hours in order to be accepted as a valid claim.

10.3. We are not be responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (marble, granite, etc.) are ready to clean without causing harm.

10.4. We can't support any attempt to commit insurance fraud or any use of false information to commit any type of fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law together with the Company and the Insurance Provider .

Complaints

END OF TENANCY CLEANING

1. Definitions

1.1. In these Terms and Condition of Business the following definitions apply:

K & V Cleaning London LTD of office 112 Sirdar Road ,N226RD mean “We”,”The Company “,”Us”. The person carrying out cleaning service on behalf of Us – “Cleaner”.

A person or organization using the services- “Client” .

Service – Move in /Move out ,End of tenancy cleaning the cleaning service carried out on behalf of the company . Cleaning visit – Client address visit by the Cleaner in order to carry out the Service.


2.Contract

2.1 These Terms and Conditions are present agreement between K & V Cleaning London LTD and the Client.

2.2 The Client confirms that any order of the K & V Cleaning London LTD services, placed by telephone, fax, electronic mail, web site approval the actual Client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


3.Payment

3.1 K & V Cleaning London LTD required %50 deposit payable to the Copmany .Unless otherwise agreed .

3.2 The Company reserves the rights to cancel the service without notice due not cleared funds .

3.3 K & V Cleaning London LTD reserves the rights to charge interest on invoiced amounts unpaid for more than 30 days -£30.00.

3.4 K and V Cleaning London LTD reserves the right to charge -£30.00 fee in addition to the balance due, for account refers to a collection. The charges from a debt collection company for collection unpaid invoice - cost will be added to the client outstanding amount.

3.5 The Client agrees to make the payment within 30 days of the invoice day.


4. Cancellation

4.1 The Client can cancel or reschedule the service by 24 hours prior notice in writing.

4.2 We reserve the right to charge £20.00 per Cleaner for a late cancellation fee or rescheduling a visit with less than 24 hours notice.

4.3 The Copmany reserves the right to keep the %50 deposit as a cancellation fee.

4.4 The full price of the booked service must be paid in full by the Client if:

4.4.1 Our Cleaners are unable to gain access to the Client home,through no fault of the company.

4.5 K & V Cleaning London LTD can reschedule the booking in 24 prior notice and availability from the Client.


5. Refunds

5.1 Ones the cleaning service has been carried out no refund claims will be entertained .

5.2 The refund will be issued only if the Client cancelled a cleaning service within 24 hours prior to the start of the cleaning service.


6. Compliance

6.1 All complaints must be reported same day – email or by calling 02036333527.

6.2 The Client agrees to allow the Company back to re-clean any disputed task before making any attempts to clean himself or a third party to carry out the cleaning service.


7. Claims

7.1 The Client agrees to report any problem within 24 hours in order to be accepted as a valid claim.The Company guarantees to correct only problem within 24 hours of the completion of the service .

7.2 The work must be immediately inspected from the Client,if is any outstanding cleaning issues . Our operatives will carry out any additional work to the Client satisfaction.

7.3 K & V Cleaning LTD do not accept any claims regarding the cleaning issues if the Client is not present at the time of completion. Unless otherwise agreed.

7.4 We are not be responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (marble, granite, etc.) are ready to clean without causing harm.

7.5 The company do no accept any claims if the Client has an outstanding balance aged more than 30 days.

7.6 We can't support any attempt to commit insurance fraud or any use of false information to commit any type of fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law together with the Company and the Insurance Provider.


8. Insurance

8.1 The Cleaner or the Company shall insure all work it undertake.The public liability insurance cover damages caused by a cleaning operative working on behalf of the K & V Cleaning London LTD.All claims are subject an excess of £250.00.
